What we do and why we do it feels very simple to us and we hope to project that feeling. That being said, we’ll use this little area of website for context.

I'm Adam Potts of Jacksonville, Florida, avid hat wearer and appreciater of items well made (Hello). I decided to start Besco after having a love/hate relationship with hats over the years. The shape wasn't quite right, other times and usually, they were too small (I've come to learn I just have a big head), or the designs just weren't my taste. I was tired of disposable, promotional quality hats that fit poorly and couldn't take what I dished out. It was also important to me that the hat be Made in the USA. Nothing I could find fit the bill. I set out to just find myself a hat and that search snowballed into Besco.

Now, I've made it a priority to provide the sharpest, best-fitting, USA Made, daily driver hat that I can. The best items I use and wear on a daily basis benefit from being broken in - our hats were made with the same sentiment in mind. You can keep yours nice and pretty if you want - but it's designed to take a beating as well.

As long as there's options to make our products in the USA, and the higher price point is justified by the level of quality, Besco will be Made in USA.

Besco's beginning will be hats but more goods are to come. We aim to partner with as many of our neighbors as possible that are also trying to do things on the path less traveled. Made in USA.
